JP HAS ALWAYS STOOD WITH WOMEN IN THE FIGHT FOR TRUE EQUITY.

JP has always been a consistent and constant ally of women in the fight for equality. He's stood by our side, and we stand with him!

We fought together for survivors of sexual assault on college campuses, to make sure rape kits were tested, and for access to services.

We defended families plagued by domestic violence, prevented victims from being locked up by DAs, fought the NRA to disarm abusers, and expanded families' rights in court.

We fought for equal rights and pay equity. JP authored bills to ratify of the Equal Rights Amendment, to get Equal Pay for Equal Work, and to end Pay Secrecy.
